QA Specialist - Product Testing Review

About the role

We are looking for a QA Specialist to join our Product Testing Review team. The role involves independently reviewing and approving laboratory documentation for product release, in‑process, and stability testing in a GMP‑regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and complete laboratory documentation supporting stability, in‑process and release testing.
• Identify and communicate review issues and provide technical support as needed.
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP and GDP requirements.
• Apply expertise in selected analytical techniques and maintain an overview of all analytical methods used for product and stability testing.
• Support deviations, investigations and inspections, and lead small to medium project teams.
• Perform routine and non‑routine tasks, adjust procedures when necessary, and advise less‑experienced colleagues.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong coordination and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with a PC and common Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
