Regional Sales Director – Nordics

About the role

We are looking for a senior Regional Sales Director to expand our offensive cybersecurity business across the Nordics. This remote, individual‑contributor position reports directly to the founders and offers full autonomy to shape a new market.

Key responsibilities

• Build a pipeline targeting government, defence, intelligence and broader security organisations in the Nordic region.
• Own complex, high‑value sales cycles from initial conversation through evaluation, procurement and expansion.
• Develop trusted relationships with security leaders, red teams, cyber operators, specialist partners and local integrators.
• Convert early wins into a repeatable, scalable regional business.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling complex cybersecurity technology across the Nordics.
• Existing relationships with security buyers, technical end‑users or specialist cyber partners.
• Deep understanding of the offensive‑cyber market and tools such as attack simulation, threat intelligence or security testing.
• Track record of managing long, sensitive procurement cycles and building pipelines.
• Professional English proficiency and strong local‑market credibility; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
• Background in cyber operations, intelligence, digital forensics or offensive‑security sales is especially relevant.
