Regional Sales Director – Nordics

About the role

A senior individual contributor role leading the growth of an offensive cybersecurity business across the Nordics, working remotely with direct access to the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Build a pipeline across government, defence, intelligence and the wider Nordic security market.
• Own complex sales cycles from initial conversation through evaluation, procurement and expansion.
• Develop trust with security leaders, red teams, cyber operators, specialist partners and local integrators.
• Convert early customer wins into a repeatable regional business.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling complex, high‑value cybersecurity technology across the Nordics.
• Existing relationships with security buyers, technical end users or specialist cyber partners.
• Clear understanding of the offensive‑cyber market and tools such as attack simulation, threat intelligence or security testing.
• Track record of building pipeline and managing long, sensitive procurement cycles.
• Professional English and strong local‑market credibility; regional languages are a plus.
• Experience in cyber operations, intelligence, digital forensics or offensive‑security sales is especially relevant.
