Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join Nox Medical’s Supply Chain team. You will act as the technical liaison with manufacturing partners and component suppliers, ensuring reliable scale‑up of production as global demand for our sleep‑health solutions grows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with manufacturing partners and key component suppliers, serving as Nox’s primary point of contact.
• Lead technical qualification of new suppliers and contract manufacturers, and approve supplier‑driven process and component changes.
• Identify, assess and mitigate component and manufacturing risks that could affect product quality, supply continuity or scalability.
• Conduct technical investigations, root‑cause analyses and corrective actions with suppliers, driving issues to resolution.
• Drive production transfer and new product introduction, collaborating with R&D, Quality and Regulatory to ensure proper assessment, validation and documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement with partners on quality, yield, manufacturability and cost using performance data to spot trends.
• Shape the technical side of Nox’s supplier manufacturing strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of hands‑on engineering experience in product manufacturing processes or working with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strong technical expertise with the ability to independently assess complex issues, make sound engineering decisions and drive them to resolution.
• Experience in a regulated industry; medical‑device background is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with confidence to represent Nox effectively.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing partners and supplier sites as needed.
