Ancillary Pricing and Revenue Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Management and Pricing department at Icelandair is looking for an Ancillary Pricing and Revenue Analyst. You will analyse ancillary performance, uncover revenue opportunities and help shape dynamic pricing, product bundles and targeted upselling across the airline’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse ancillary performance to identify trends, customer insights and revenue opportunities.
• Price ancillary products and bundles using dynamic pricing and upselling techniques.
• Turn data into clear pricing recommendations and targeted offers based on customer segmentation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities.
• Support the development, testing, launch and review of new ancillary products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver results and track performance against budgets and forecasts.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Aviation Management or related field.
• Experience in a commercial analytics role, preferably within airline, travel or e‑commerce.
• Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and solution‑focused with good prioritisation.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
