Partnerships Manager

About the role

Icelandair is looking for a Partnerships Manager to own the commercial performance and day‑to‑day management of its airline partnerships. The role sits within Revenue Management & Pricing and works closely with internal commercial teams and external partner airlines worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the KPI framework and partner P&L to drive commercial performance.
• Manage daily commercial relationships with partner airlines and act as backup to the Head of Airline Partnerships.
• Lead a small team, fostering ownership, curiosity and commercial accountability.
• Support negotiations and new partnership development with analysis, business cases and performance insights.
• Resolve technical and customer‑experience issues in collaboration with product teams.
• Ensure partnership insights inform commercial decisions and represent partnerships in relevant forums.

Required profile

• University degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities with the ability to build data‑driven business cases.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Leadership potential and ambition to grow into broader responsibilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
