Commercial & Design Sales Manager

About the role

Cosentino is seeking a Commercial & Design Sales Manager to lead product awareness, acceptance and sales of its surfacing solutions across Iceland. You will work in a multinational environment, engaging architects, designers, developers and contractors for both interior and exterior applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term sales plans targeting architectural firms, developers, corporate accounts and property owners.
• Identify new project opportunities, present Cosentino products, and secure specifications for work surfaces, flooring, cladding and façades.
• Maintain accurate project and relationship data in the Salesforce CRM system.
• Coordinate with account managers, fabricators and installation contractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage own sales budget and stay within assigned expense limits.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in a similar commercial sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Based in Reykjavik and able to cover the whole country.
• Local market knowledge, ideally with some façade experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
