HR Manager / People Partner – Global Business Functions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with leaders across Global Quality, Regulatory and business support functions. This global role blends practical HR delivery with strategic business partnering in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner, translating business priorities into people actions and supporting workforce planning, organisational changes and talent discussions.
• Provide hands‑on support for employee relations, performance management, engagement actions and learning & development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance, documentation and audit readiness, maintaining right‑first‑time processes in a regulated setting.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and People Intelligence to deliver consistent, aligned HR services.
• Use Workday and other HR systems accurately for data quality, reporting and process improvement.

Required profile

• Approximately 5+ years of hands‑on HR experience in a business‑facing role.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to balance business needs, employee experience, risk and compliance.
• Experience working in structured, quality‑driven environments where documentation and follow‑through are critical.
• Ability to move between strategic discussions and practical delivery, handling changing priorities while maintaining accountability and collaboration.
