Logistics and Inventory Manager

About the role

As a Logistics and Inventory Manager at Crusoe, you will own the inventory and logistics processes for our high‑performance AI data centre in Iceland. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that hardware components are available, tracked, and delivered efficiently to support rapid AI compute scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all data‑center parts and materials using the company’s inventory management system.
• Track, receive, and ship components, ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and condition.
• Monitor stock levels of critical spares and consumables and coordinate reorders to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to track shipments and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Organise and optimise storage areas for safety, cleanliness, and easy access, complying with operational and compliance standards.
• Prepare and provide the right parts for deployment or repair work by onsite hardware technicians.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and support periodic inventory audits to ensure system accuracy.
• Maintain clear records of inventory movements and help develop standard operating procedures for logistics workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, inventory control, supply chain or a similar role, preferably in a data‑center or high‑tech environment.
• Strong ability to work with vendors and coordinate on‑site logistics activities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
