Project Manager

About the role

KNOX Hotels is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive a wide range of marketing, sales and event initiatives across its portfolio of hotels in Iceland. You will work closely with the brand team and individual hotel locations to create compelling content and deliver memorable experiences for guests and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee diverse projects linked to marketing, sales and events for the KNOX Hotels group.
• Manage social‑media channels and produce visual content, including photos, videos and promotional material.
• Plan, organise and execute events and special projects for both the brand and individual hotels.
• Provide sales support for group bookings, corporate clients and travel agencies.
• Liaise with suppliers and handle various office and operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Highly driven, independent and able to make things happen.
• Strong intuition for social‑media trends and audience engagement.
• Organised with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative eye for visual presentation.
• Excellent command of Icelandic and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic design and content creation.
