Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You will collaborate closely with founders, designers, and property‑manager operators to identify priorities, build solutions, and iterate based on user feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows, identify friction points, and prioritize problems worth solving.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy end‑to‑end features across frontend, backend, and integrations.
• Create intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex short‑term‑rental operations.
• Build event‑driven automation engines that eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Develop AI‑powered features using LLMs and AI agents for communication, pricing, and maintenance.
• Design and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and Google.
• Measure product impact through customer feedback and usage data, iterating to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Make technical decisions that balance speed, maintainability, security, and scalability as the platform grows.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software.
• Ability to work across both frontend and backend systems.
• Hands‑on experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI or comparable frameworks.
• Deep understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture.
• Product‑mindset with curiosity about user needs and why features matter.
• Good judgment on usability, scope, and technical trade‑offs.
• Confidence collaborating directly with customers, designers, and founders.
• Self‑driven, able to own outcomes and work independently.
• Interest in AI, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating quickly.
