DPVI Technologist

About the role

We are looking for a DPVI Technologist to join our Visual Inspection team in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role involves performing visual inspection of final products in a controlled, non‑classified (CNC) area, following strict cGMP and EHS procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of final pharmaceutical products in CNC areas according to approved procedures.
• Package inspected products in compliance with established SOPs.
• Lift and handle heavy boxes when required.
• Use computer systems and documentation software to record inspection activities, ensuring data integrity.
• Provide technical and validation support for GMP production activities as needed.
• Maintain full compliance with cGMP, EHS, and company quality systems.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions, including Pre‑Approval Inspections.
• Work in a dedicated dark room designed for visual inspection.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, high concentration, and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Solid understanding of written procedures and commitment to cGMP, EHS, and SOP compliance.
• Proficiency with computers and standard documentation software.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to follow guidance.
• Basic technical or administrative knowledge relevant to manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of GMP manufacturing operations; 1–2 years of technical or production experience is an advantage.
• Successful completion of a vision test with adequate eyesight (with or without corrective lenses).

Required skills

• Computer literacy and use of documentation software.
• Knowledge of cGMP and EHS requirements.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
