Production role in Silicone Department – Future position

About the role

We are looking for a production team member to manufacture high-quality silicone cases for our global customers. The role is based in our silicone department and contributes to a safe, continuously improving work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce silicone cases according to quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide feedback to help shape the working environment.
• Follow scheduled shifts (7‑15 or 8‑16, Monday‑Friday).

Required profile

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, honesty, punctuality and assertiveness.
• Good command of Icelandic and/or English.
