Remote PowerPoint Specialist (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote PowerPoint Specialist to work on a contract basis. You will design realistic, complex business tasks using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, simulating scenarios typical of Fortune 500 environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and initiate sophisticated business tasks in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Collaborate with an advanced language model (LLM) to create and edit Office Open XML files, focusing on .pptx formats.
• Assess two LLM‑generated deliverables per task turn and select the most accurate result.
• Create prompts and tasks that normally require multi‑hour effort without AI assistance.
• Engage in structured four‑turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of real‑world business documents.
• Provide expertise across reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing for various industries and functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years recent experience on complex projects for Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong exposure to Excel and Word.
• Experience in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail sectors.
• Proven ability to craft realistic business scenarios and executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of delivering clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior experience with LLMs or AI‑powered tools is highly desirable.
