About the role

We are seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to become Co‑Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of a new AI infrastructure startup. The position is fully remote and offers a salary or up to €500k in funding while you build and scale the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and run an AI infrastructure startup from concept to market.
• Participate in a personalised development programme with weekly 1:1 sparring from unicorn founders.
• Leverage a network of 50,000 professionals to hire top‑notch talent.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare the venture for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.
• Iterate the product until product‑market‑fit is achieved and help build a sales and marketing engine.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and aim for €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
