Influencer Talent Manager

About the role

Stride Social is seeking an Influencer Talent Manager to build and manage a roster of Icelandic‑speaking creators across various niches. The role is fully remote with a flexible schedule and focuses on connecting creators with Icelandic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify promising creators, make introductions and sign talent.
• Develop long‑term relationships with creators and negotiate partnership deals with brands.
• Track campaign activity, communicate updates and attend scheduled team meetings.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Icelandic and good working English.
• Confident in outreach, relationship building and handling rejection.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable with target‑driven, commission‑based income.
