Regional Sales Director – Nordics

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the growth of our offensive cybersecurity business across the Nordics. This senior individual‑contributor role reports directly to the founders and can be performed remotely from anywhere in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build a pipeline across government, defence, intelligence and the wider Nordic security market.
• Own complex sales cycles from initial conversation through evaluation, procurement and expansion.
• Build trust with security leaders, red teams, cyber operators, specialist partners and local integrators.
• Turn early customer wins into a repeatable regional business.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling complex, high‑value cybersecurity technology in the Nordics.
• Existing relationships with security buyers, technical end‑users or specialist cyber partners.
• Strong understanding of the offensive‑cyber market and tools such as attack simulation, threat intelligence or security testing.
• Track record of building pipeline and managing long, sensitive procurement cycles.
• Professional English and credibility in the local market; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
• Background in cyber operations, intelligence, digital forensics or offensive‑security sales is especially relevant.
