Senior Manager, Employer Brand & Talent Attraction

About the role

You will join CCEP’s Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence and lead the employer brand and talent attraction strategy across Europe and Asia Pacific, shaping how the company engages the talent it needs now and in the future.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead CCEP’s global employer brand and talent attraction strategy aligned with workforce priorities and business needs.
• Own the full talent attraction funnel, including media strategy, agency partnerships, CRM, campaigns and channel performance, improving engagement, conversion and diversity of talent pipelines.
• Shape the end‑to‑end candidate experience across the careers ecosystem, covering personalisation, search optimisation, talent communities and journey design.
• Proactively manage CCEP’s employer reputation, lead the Top Employers programme and other external recognitions, and guide local markets.
• Build a measurement and technology approach for employer brand using AI, marketing technology and analytics to improve targeting, content efficiency and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading global employer brand, talent attraction or talent marketing in a complex, international organisation.
• Strong understanding of talent marketing, segmentation, candidate behaviour, digital channels, employee advocacy and recruitment technology.
• Experience using talent intelligence, analytics and market insights to shape strategy and influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of applying AI, automation and experimentation to improve content, candidate experience, personalisation and marketing effectiveness while maintaining brand authenticity.
• Experience managing global marketing budgets, agency partnerships and cross‑functional relationships across diverse markets and cultures.
