Senior Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager

About the role

Fever is looking for a senior professional to shape its market presence and build strategic partnerships across the entertainment ecosystem. You will drive growth, manage key relationships, and act as the go‑to expert on emerging cultural experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and nurture deep business relationships with top producers, creators, venues and other industry stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy to scale Fever’s presence in the region and internationally.
• Manage commercial strategies with large partners, ensuring mutual value creation and sustainable collaborations.
• Balance and expand a large client base while maintaining strong organizational discipline.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver partner growth across Iceland and beyond.
• Stay current on entertainment trends and act as the internal expert on new experiences.

Required profile

• 4+ years of top‑tier consulting or equivalent experience, plus ideally an additional 4+ years in relevant sectors (corporate management, tech, sport/music/arts).
• Proven business development and partnership management capabilities.
• Self‑starter attitude able to thrive in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
• Data‑driven approach to prioritising tasks and decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the local entertainment, events and lifestyle trends.
