Tax Manager

About the role

atNorth is seeking a Tax Manager to lead its tax strategy across a growing Nordic data‑center platform. Reporting to the Director of Funding & Treasury, you will work closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Development and senior leadership, acting as the Group’s tax subject‑matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Group’s tax strategy, governance framework and policies.
• Oversee transfer pricing framework, documentation and compliance with OECD and local regulations.
• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, filings and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide commercial tax advice on investments, financing, restructurings and expansion initiatives.
• Support corporate transactions, acquisitions, disposals and new market entries from a tax perspective.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing or tax advisory.
• Experience in a multinational company, Big Four or professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate complex tax matters into business recommendations.
• Professional proficiency in English; Nordic language is a plus.
