Visual Merchandiser – Reykjavik Stores

About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser for H&M Group’s Kringlan and Smaralind stores in Reykjavik, you will shape the in‑store visual experience, ensuring consistency with brand standards and driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling concepts according to store guidelines and seasonal calendars.
• Analyse sales data, maintain appropriate stock levels, and ensure proper garment care.
• Identify visual and commercial opportunities and collaborate with Store Management to implement improvements.
• Use trend and competitor insights to coach store staff and enhance the customer experience.
• Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support the Sales Market team with store expansion projects.

Required profile

• Proven visual merchandising and commercial experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Ability to interpret and act on sales reports and the “selling equation.”
• Passion for fashion and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.
• Creative, solution‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Flexible, proactive and able to work collaboratively with store teams.
