Operator & License Owner – Launch Stranger Soccer in Reykjavík

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and grow the Stranger Soccer platform in Reykjavík. You will shape a local football community, build partnerships and oversee day‑to‑day game operations.

Key responsibilities

• Launch Stranger Soccer in Reykjavík and drive its growth.
• Identify and secure quality football venues for regular games.
• Recruit, train and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives to attract players.
• Oversee game operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable player experience.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.

• Passion for football and a deep understanding of the local football scene.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
