Project Director – Data Centre Construction

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a Data Centre Developer to lead the construction of a major 100MW data centre in Iceland. This role offers the chance to deliver a large‑scale, mission‑critical project for a market‑leading organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a large‑scale construction project through the build phase.
• Manage contractor interfaces and key project stakeholders.
• Oversee large site teams in a complex construction environment.
• Initially work remotely during mobilisation, then transition to full‑time on‑site work in Iceland.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large, complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership experience managing large site teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience on mission‑critical, data centre, or major infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
