Senior Manager, Project Manager - Engineering

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Senior Manager to lead engineering and technology capital projects across its France, Benelux and Nordics Business Unit. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects from concept through to operational hand‑over, ensuring they meet safety, sustainability and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of engineering projects valued up to €50 million.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Create robust business cases, technical solutions, schedules, risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Establish project governance, organisational structures and safety processes.
• Manage cross‑functional teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure successful installation, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Support capital investment approvals, procurement activities and equipment specification development.

Required profile

• Significant experience in engineering project management or site engineering leadership.
• Proven track record delivering complex capital projects, preferably > €10 million.
• Strong stakeholder, supplier and partner management capabilities.
• Demonstrated programme, cost and risk management expertise.
