M&A Strategy and Value Creation Analyst

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an M&A Strategy and Value Creation Analyst in Reykjavik. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology, owning the post-acquisition lifecycle and turning M&A visions into successful integrations. It is a hybrid, full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse acquired companies' business models, commercial performance and growth drivers, and define and monitor their business plans
• Track post-acquisition performance and support expansion and growth plans across markets and business lines
• Develop and run integration roadmaps across product, operations, commercial, marketing and corporate functions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, identify risks and dependencies, and improve integration playbooks
• Act as the bridge between acquired teams and internal departments, communicating progress to executive leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA or consulting experience is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations or M&A integration
• Native Icelandic and proficient English; German is a plus
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
